UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you'll join a collaborative, mission-driven team that cares deeply about crafting meaningful experiences. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and fellow Designers

to bring innovative ideas to life - from concept to polished interface.

What You'll Do:

•Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile experiences, from research and wireframes to prototypes and final visuals.
•Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
•Develop and maintain a design system that reflects The Lonely Bag's brand and values.
•Advocate for user-centered design throughout the product development process.

Your Background:

We know not everyone fits a checklist, but here are some qualities that will help you succeed:

•2-4 years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
•Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
•Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, visual craft, and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•A passion for sustainability and making a positive impact.
